1. Manage group sales activities and provides leadership on the day-to-day operations.
2. Implementation of different selling strategies depending on target markets
3. Establishing goals, targets and programs to increase sales revenue
4. Keeping abreast of team performance, market trends and industry developments
5. Be a key influencer in making digial marketing to businesses in the market
6. Understand all new products and their roles in the industry
7. Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
8. Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and secure buy-in on Digital/Mobile Marketing
9. Provide excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests Requirements
1. A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of digital media or media sales with supervisory experience, preferred
3. Proven strong sales management experience with good record of achieving targets.
4. Strong team player, self-motivated, creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions 5. A good grounding and excellent understanding of the mobile marketing industry
6. Strong commitment to management, sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through
7. A goal driven and people-manager
8. Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
9. Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and presentations (MS Powerpoint)
10. Able to handle multiple priorities
11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
