Validate demand plan
In line with SIOP process, the DP ensure adequate input is given to the CO SIOP meeting, to allow final decision taking on the SIOP CO plan (highlight issues like excess stock, constraints etc.).
Analyse operational planning performance
the DP is responsible for the adequate analysis of sales vs plan. He/she defines the root causes and corrective actions for deviations, as input for next planning cycles, with the objective to improve the DPMA and excess stock KPI
Min. 6 yrs business experience, preferably in SCM operations
Comprehensive know-how about sales processes
Leadership & coaching skills.
Able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels
Self starter, able to drive changes in complex environment
Good communication skills, fluent in English
