- Monitors daily online order status to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Controls picking & packing activities for online orders
- Manages 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) service provider
- Controls Red Prairie (WMS) timely according to daily operations.
- Controls OMS (Order Management System) and manages order drops.
- Maintains picking productivity by organizing picking locations, supervising picking operations and operational planning.
- Increases inventory accuracy by managing overage, shortage & damage timely, and performing physical counting audit monthly.
- Manages shipping supplies: Receiving planning, inventory management, expense management.
- Collaborates with other departments to increase service level.
- Manages expense settlement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
3 to 5 years of job related experience.
