2025년도 일,생활 균형 우수기업 선정

(주)페렌벨이 2025년 대한민국 일·생활 균형(Work & Life Balance) 우수기업에 선정됐다. 이번 평가는 고용노동부, 산업통상자원부, 중소벤처기업부가 공동 주관하며, 직원들의 일·생활 균형을 적극 지원하는 기업을 발굴하고 우수 사례를 확산하기 위해 매년 실시되고 있다.

주관 기관은 유연근무 운영, 근로시간 관리, 휴가 활용, 육아·돌봄 제도, 조직문화 등 다양한 항목을 종합 평가해 약 200개 기업을 선정하고 인센티브를 제공한다. 또한 대한상공회의소, 중소기업중앙회, 한국경영자총협회, 한국노동조합총연맹 등 주요 경제·노동 단체가 심사에 참여해 선정 제도의 공정성과 신뢰도를 높였다. 

페렌벨은 시차 출퇴근제, 반차·반반차 제도 등 근무 시간 선택권을 확대해 직원들이 업무와 개인 생활을 균형 있게 조율할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 

페렌벨 관계자는 “구성원의 삶의 질은 조직 성과와 직결되는 중요한 가치”라며 “앞으로도 직원들이 더욱 건강하고 안정적으로 일할 수 있는 환경을 만들기 위해 복리후생과 조직문화 개선에 지속적으로 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Perennbell Co., Ltd. has been selected as one of the 2025 Work–Life Balance Excellent Companies in Korea. The annual evaluation is jointly organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to identify companies that actively support work–life balance and to promote outstanding best practices.

The organizing bodies comprehensively assess various criteria—including flexible work arrangements, working-hour management, leave utilization, childcare and family-care support systems, and organizational culture—and select approximately 200 companies each year to receive incentives. Major economic and labor organizations, such as the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Korea Federation of SMEs, the Korea Employers Federation, and the Federation of Korean Trade Unions, also participate in the review to ensure the fairness and credibility of the selection process.

Perennbell Co., Ltd. has expanded employees’ flexibility in choosing working hours by implementing staggered working hours as well as half-day and quarter-day leave options, enabling staff to better balance their work and personal lives.
